Phones4u Cashback T+C's?

Hi all,

I want to take out a cashback contract on o2 from Phones4U. I actually currently have an o2 contract, however Phones4U do not port o2 numbers.

I wanted to ask firstly, do you think o2 themselves would be willing to transfer my number fromthe old contract to the new one?

Secondly, would this void the cashback T+Cs? I have searched the site but i cannot find any extensive Terms on cashback, just 5 brief points.

Is your O2 number a contract or PAYG? If its PAYG Phones4U can port the number over for you but this MUST be done at point of sale, if its a contract then the only way O2 would let you keep the number is if you upgrade.

Porting your number does not stop you getting cashback nor does upgrading, hope this helps.
