Help Me - I'm In Dell!!

Can anyone help me??
I recently bought a Dell laptop. I already had a Dell D style docking station and two flat screens.
I do a lot of screen to screen transcribing (hence the two screens) but I'm unable to get the computer to work in a two screen configuration when docked. When I right click on the desktop and go into properties / settings the monitor configurations that I am presented with are:
1. Plug and Play Monitor on Mobile Intel(R) 965 Chipset Family
2. (Default Monitor) on Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
Nowhere am I presented with a multiple monitors option.
One thing that might be important. When I first load up the laptop in the docking station, I'm presented with a black screen with the following message:
"Your system is connected to a D/Dock. This is an unsupported configuration. Some D/Dock features, such as the PCI slot will not function.
Strike the F3 key (before the F1 or F2 key) if you do not want to see this warning message again.
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility. Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics."
Just to note that on the back of the docking station I have both a VGA and DVI ports. There are also one of each on each of the screens.
Any help will be HUGELY appreciated and may save me a trip to the opticians!!
Thanks!

The laptop is basically saying it does not like your D/Dock. So none of the options on the Dock are seen by the laptop. Their may be a different Dock that is compatible with your laptop check the Dell site.Laters
