If you have a chat with the judge on the day and make a strong enough case for not having your name in the paper you should be fine. Don't do what I did though and forget and ask the OR to do it as mine at least didn't have the authority. It has to be from the judge.

Worth asking, but in most cases your job title will be changed from Prison Officer to Public Servant (or similar).0
