Two routers - one ISP account?

Can two different routers in different locations simultaneously access the same UK ISP account?

My FIL wants to access the internet from his Spanish holiday apartment & doesn't want the hassle (or expense) of getting a Spanish ISP. Could he feasibly buy a Spanish router with line filter, put in his UK ISP account details into it & access his account at the same time as his UK home router is doing the same thing?
Time is a concept of relativity, yet as a concept, relativity is timeless.

No, because Broadband is unique to each individual land line. You would need a Spanish ISP and broadband provider.

You might want to look at mobile broadband, but it can be expensive if you use a UK ISP outside the UK!
