I bought some felix as good as it looks cat food for my cat from texcos on saturday. When I got home and opened it, I noticed there was only 9 pouches instead of 12.

I emailed felix on sunday with the batch codes and best before date and explaining the problem in a very jokey like my cat had writted it way.

This morning in the post addressed to me and my cat was a £5 voucher and a lovely letter. I couldnt believe they had done that all so quick!!! They wouldnt of got the email till monday morning and to post the voucher our first class was great service.
