sanguli vs cambrils in salou

Hi we are booking a campsite for next year and are torn between cambrils nr salou and the sanguli park? Has anyone been to either of these or even both and can point us in the right direction?

hi went to sanguli a coupleof years ago and loved it very clean, lovely staff, pools were clean accomadation was lovely, we stayed in a bali hut , going again next year, if you have any other questions i will be happy to help,x

I worked in Salou, and know both sites.

Sangulli is closer to the beach etc, however the sites vertually touch each other at the back - and share certain facilities (waste disposal etc).

Cambrills is by far the bigest, and in my opinion has a lot more going on with bigger swimming pools and entertainment, althouth it is a bit of a walk to the beach and bars (about 5 mins down a small lane) where sanguli, once you are out of the site you cross the road and the beach is there and if you want to escape from the site, there are lots of bars etc close by.

TOP TIP - if you are going by car - or hiring a car, do the weekly shop at Carrefour its on the road between Reus and Tarragonna - it's like a massive ASDA or Tesco Extra (Only Bigger!) and its WOW cheaper than any stores in Salou!
