Air Miles Any Good?

I'm thinking about applying for a credit card so I can collect Air Miles, but the only one I see about is American Express where a lot of places refuse to take it.
Can anyone point one out to maybe another company.

I would use the Air Miles for European flights.

Thanks

I wouldn't bother with Air Miles - they were a good bet years ago, but it's increasingly difficult to find flights, and you often have to pay a lot for taxes etc.
Better bet - get a Natwest Mastercard - they let you collect "yourpoints", which can be used on eBookers and EasyJet.
    It's only rock 'n' roll ...
