I am using Windows Mail, and I have 11 incoming messages, but am unable to receive them. I am getting an error message which says 'message number 2 could not be retrieved. The server then terminates the connection due to inactivity.
Can anyone please tell me how to sort this -thanks

Can you log in via the webmail of your ISP and see if there is anything strange about the message? Perhaps it has a large attachment.Charlie0
