Ceramic Hob help !

Hi, I have a ceramic hob that seems to have some surface scratches that I am having problems removing (have just had a bathroom fitted & water leaked through the ceiling onto the cooker), seems that the dirty water may have caused the scratches. Any ideas how to remove them or at least make them less noticeable ?

Ceramic hobs look great, but they are easily marked and you really need to take care when cleaning.
