Life Insurance can Doctors give you a list of appointments ?

Im going to get Life Insurance and pretty woried incase i miss something i went to the doctors with as i understand they can use these to not pay out, does anybody know if you can get a printout from the doctors to say when you have been and ilnesses etc....??

The questions asked on life assurance a pretty specific. You are asked a range of specific health questions, which you would know if you have suffered from something or not. Answer those to the best of your knowledge and if unsure, say so. There is usually a mop up question at the end asking if you have been to the doctor for investigations, treatments etc in the last 3 or 5 years (depending on provider). So, you should be able to remember if you have been to the doctor in that short time.
