one particular site nor working on my network, any help?

Hi,

I am having trouble accessing a site here on my network, yet the site works perfectly fine on any other network

the site is boards.ie (an irish forum site) and i really would like to be able to get access to it on my own network....anyone any suggestions on what maybe wrong?

if more info is needed i will repsond with it

    Windows XP?

    Start > Run > type 'cmd'

    Windows Vista?

    Start > type 'cmd' > right click on 'cmd' and run as admin.

    Then type in:

    'tracert boards.ie'

    Then click the print screen button on your keyboard ( usually somewhere on the right hand site )

    Then upload to: imageshack.us

    Post the link to the image here so us Tech's can see your results.

    Your ISP is probbally just having some issues, are the other people on other networks on diffrent ISP's ?

    I see, im on vista, so might be slightly diffrent.

    Try the same thing, load up 'CMD' but type in:

    'ping boards.ie'

    let me know what you get

    'ping request could not find host boards.ie Please check the name and try again

    Tel, not herd that in ages lol,

    Looks like their is defo a problem with your connection, the site is working fine for me here in the UK.

    Lets try to ping the actual IP of the site, do:

    'ping 89.234.66.107'

    that worked but having trouble uploaing the resulting image to imagshack, bare with me if possible

    Can you actually go to the site using its IP?

    89.234.66.107

    If so, you might have a DNS problem.
