One way flight from US to UK

Hi

I am hoping to go on a transatlantic cruise which will need a one way flight from Houston to Manchester on 14 December 08.

There are some great prices but you need to be a US credit card holder - all the ones I've found which accept UK are a couple of hundred pounds more expensive including the airlines direct.

Does anybody have any ideas or websites which get the lowest prices?

Many thanks

Not a direct answer - but doesn't the cruise company offer an inclusive option?

try http://www.bt-store.com/ they did our one way BA flights back from Boston Dec 07 no problem on a UK CC.

British midland via Chicago $388 inc. Tx

If you can't find a one way you can open jaw a return so one TA can be from/to Houston the other from/to Miami,NY,Boston etc.

I looked at the Houston flights for a Transatlantic(TA) this year(other way) but the best I could do was buy a return and look at another TA to match up the flight. Gave up in the end and did a round britain cruise

Don't forget to check US prices for the cruise they can often be cheaper.
If booking UK the package price with flight sometimes works out cheaper.

The cruise lines are going to have to give good air if they want to sell these cruises.

Check whether you need a credit card issued in the USA, or one with a US statement address. If the latter, it is easy to change your registered address with the CC company, and then change it back once you have bought the air ticket.
