lol, glad to hear it's not as bad as you thought. How's the nice cream carpet?

Er, not good. 3 brown splodges on it. So I'm thinking I'll use my stardrops/vinegar/water solution. I'll probably try it on the red wine stains as well.

SSL has made good progress this term. Her house is vastly improved since joining the Flyladies. She does, however, have a tendency to concentrate on the subjects she enjoys. For example the kitchen/bedroom/living room are regularly completed to level 3, but then she neglects the bathroom/childrens room/hall & stairs, which only gets a quick s&s, if at all.

I would like to see more effort in the areas SSL does not enjoy. She also has a tendency to chat too much and is easily distracted. When she returns to work in August, she will need to carefully manage her time in order to complete at least level 2 on most days.

Her most recent attempt at breadmaking was excellent and I hope that she will maintain this standard next year.

Julie - I forgot you were in Stoke. We went to Alton Towers on Wednesday. I loved it!!! DD is not impressed, so will have to go again once she is back.

So you came to my neck of the woods and didn't come to visit - unforgiveable!

    Afternoon all :hello:

I'm shattered, I've got back ache from carrying shopping home and I need to clean the house top to bottom still.... guess I better go and wash some dishes.

DD is out with ex until about 2.30 so I should really shift my backside :o

Can someone point me in the direction of a good place to get photos printed? I've got 100s of pictures on the computer that I want to print (not necessarily digital photos) and was wondering where's best?

    Right, dishes....

Photobox and snapfish etc are great online ones as they always have an offer like 20 or so free. Got my BM's wedding photos this way (edited them, b&w, sepia etc) and only cost me the postage (99p)

I'm off to do DD's bedroom again - had dinner and mooched on here for a bit - now I really need to get back to it.

DH has taken the kids to the funday and Asda so I've maybe got a couple of hours free.

Although the sky went really black here it never did rain and the sun came back out and all my washing is dry and put away now. My sister has been and gone and I'm going to sit outside and read the paper now :)
