Hi,
Me and my hubby excitedly booked what we thought was a good deal holiday this afternoon. We have been looking and researching for a cheapish sun holiday and thought we had found it today at our local holiday hypermarket this afternoon, howeve when i was looking on a website for some more pic's and details etc on the hotel we had book i found that it is nearly £100 cheaper:eek:
So obviously not very happy. is there any thing we can do- could we cancel and book online. we paid by credit card so can anything be done there?
Any suggestions greatly recieved

but you were happy with the price in the first place, it's a dangerous thing to go checking after you have made a decission and paid your money
call the agents tomorrow and see what they say about cancelling, you don't need to say you have found it cheaper just tell them you can't go and see what they say but given that you are probably close to your holiday departure date I doubt you can get your money back0 -
Check the T&C's for the booking you made. Cancelling this late will probably incur cancellation charges of around 90%.
You were happy with the deal you got originally.0 -

At the time of booking you were happy with the price so a bit late to complain about finding it cheaper. As soon as you booked and signed the booking form you were agreeing to the tour operator's T&Cs, as luci has said you will incur cancellation charges if you cancel it now.:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j
