Post Office Credit Card online User ID problem

Has anyone else recently got a PO Credit Card and found that they cannot access their account online?
I got mine about 4 weeks ago and found that my 7 digit Online User ID will not work because thier web site will only accept 6 digits. I've phoned them 4 times and twice been told that they were getting their system changed to accept 7 digits, and twice been told that I was being sent a 6 digit User ID.
Does anyone know any more about this problem?

Thank you.

  • If its any comfort I have the same problem. 7 digit user ID give to me, but their web site only accepts 6 digits. Who provides their IT solutions!

This comes on the back of having got the card in June specifically for travelling abroad on holiday. Embarrassingly the card did not work any time I tried to used whilst abroad. As soon as I get home there is a new card waiting for me, with a letter explaining that they are aware of some faulty cards having been issued. Bunch of muppets.
