I ordered my soapnuts a month ago, and I haven't received them, I've emailed 3 times but had no reply. What should I do, have I been conned?

Yes, it was from there.
I tried phoning but no joy, I think the number might be wrong.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

I hope you find the right number and manage to get it sorted.
Just for future reference though, I buy mine through www.salveo.co.uk for just £10.95 inc p&p for a 1kg bag. Not sure how long it will last, but have had it 3 months and hardly making a dent in it, and using them every day.If I had a pound for every...... oh sod it, if I just had a pound I'd be richer!0 -
That is unfortunate. However, if you still can't get through to them to explain your problem you could contact your credit/debit card company to request a charge-back.
When shopping online it's best to use a credit card rather than debit, you have normally have greater buyer protection. I use a credit card for this, and just pay it off in full at the end of the month to avoid any costs.0 -
