Hi guys
I wonder if anyone can help me out a little.
Yesterday, I picked up a Zabidoo installation disc from my local WH Smith.
I installed it this morning, and it's been nothing but trouble since.
An official-looking message dialog box keeps popping up, saying that my system is at risk from all sorts of nasties. This dialog box is a ploy to get "infected" users to part with some dollars.
I have scanned my system using my Virgin Media facility, and this has reported as clear.
I have tried to delete the dreaded program through Control Panel, but it won't lot me delete this. One of the dialog boxes says that I don't have permission to delete the file.
I have tried to phone the Z word, but there is obviously no-one there today.
This is extremely frustrating, and the air is blue!"
Can any of you wonderfuls help?
Thanks.

Try removing the programme whilst in safe mode.
Booting into Safe Mode
Reboot into Safe Mode by continuously tapping the F8 key as soon as the computer begins to boot. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.0 -
Crikey!
I tried doing this, and things went from bad to worse!
The backup seems to have failed after four hours of processing (I say seems, because the dvd ejected, but then the screen send there had been an error).
I have had to book in with PC World tomorrow, and have had to decamp to the library (I thought libraries were supposed to be quiet places?) to get my emails.
I am off to phone Zabidoo to vent my spleen.
Phew. That's offloaded quite a bit!0
