VOIP Diverting/Forwarding Calls

Hello All,
I'm new to VOIP, thanks to BexTech pointing me in the direction of sipgate at the weekend.
With sipgate you cannot forward calls to other numbers eg. mobile or land line, although I think sipgate are going to introduce this at some point.
Can anyone reccomend a VOIP provider which will allow me to have a geographical London number (020 7 or 020 8) which I would be able to forward to another 'standard' number like a mobile or landline, when my PC/softphone was offline?
I am aware this would be likely to incur the costs of forwarding the call, but I am envisaging that it would be a rare occurance and even when it did happen wouldn't be for hours on end. Ideally it would be a provider with no fixed monthly costs.
Thanks in advance for any input.
P.S. If anyone has any inside information on when sipgate is likely to start offering call divert then please tell!

Skype can do that now too.
With their SkypeIn service you'll get an 020-7193 xxxx number. There are many to choose from. You'll also get voicemail too. It costs €30 per year or €10 per quarter.
You can now forward your calls too for the normal SkypeOut charge of €0.017 per minute.0 -
Skype are very expensive if you divert to a mobile.PF.0

I got my VOIP account from Novotronix. I have a setup similar to the one you are looking for - the basic account comes with a geographic number (e.g. 020) + either a second number which diverts to the first or free fax2email.
If you don't answer the soft phone then it can be setup to divert to another number (mobile or landline - both on pretty good rates). You get free voicemail etc.
It cost me £10 to setup + £10/month.
You can email them on voip@novotronix.com for more info.
