DLA Appeal - ADHD/Aspergers

we have just appealed against my daughters DLA as they have lowered her from highto low on mobility, They have taken the schools say so into account nad not a word that I said! It's ok for the school they have lots of staff and few children and donot have to attempt using public transport. I am now with out a car the summer holidays start this week & I shall be unable to take her out as public transport is not an option. I have called them and quoted what they say in the book they sent out with the forms, lady wasnt very helpfull so I have request they contact her Dr. I have now been told that it will take 13 weeks for it to go through, claim was sent in back in Feb !!
