So what does that make the last 3 courses I have done then. All with on-line submission and with tutorials.
On-line or off line course then?

if that link does not work it is certificate for understanding health and social care.
this is the normal option, if you scroll down it tells you about the on-line option.

What faculty Calley? Perhaps I wasn't clear enough? I have been taught (in an on-line tutorial group) and submitted everything bar my ECA for my last course online. I'm finishing a Ba. Lit and the arts faculty has been one of the last to embrace on line teaching. I helped pilot on line teaching on A319 three years ago when I got on line tutorials and a day school but all my tma's went by post and I had an exam. This year (AZX 300) tutorials were on line, tmas on line and ECA by post - many people doing this course (in its first year) thought they would also be able to attend 'face to face tutorials' as well and were told that they couldn't which caused quite a lot of discontent.
Maybe just different ways in the different faculties? Or me not being clear enough?

Sorry I was being rather flippant I am sitting my course exam tomorrow so been revising like mad.
And got waylaid so was not able to come back and edit my reply to add something extra along the lines of not all courses that allow on-line submission don't have tutorials.
I in the computing faculty. But that means I can do courses with maths and technology depts.
My husband is with the technology faculty and next year will be the first time he will get on-line submission. We are being sad and doing the same course.
I can't see why it should matter what faculty you are with. As submission via the Ou system is so much easier for everyone, students and tutors alike. No chance of getting lost in the post etc.
I hope for every student it gets to the point of on-line submission for all. As it gives you a few extra days. Instead of having to rush around to get it printed off and then popped in the post. And no PT3 to fill in. LOL!!!!!!! So save tons of paper.

good luck for tomorrow Calley. i'd rather forgotten about exams this year having posted what amounted to a small forest off, for my ECA over a month ago. I think computing and technology embraced the on-line tutorial and submission system far more readily than arts (far too subjective to teach that way was the cry) but I've had my best two years doing on line tutorials and the electronic submission system is wonderful as it buys you so much extra time.(plus saves the hassel of swapping shifts for getting to tutorials)
To iwanttosave K100 looks interesting - will help you get into studying - just go for it in the way that fits your life best - online or 'normal'

well i went ahead and registered last night, I feel really nervous to tell you the truth, but without sounding too big for my boots i think i should fly right through it. It has always been something i have intrested in and i'm from a family who reads alot, so i've researched it already, thats the main reason i chose it, so that when i eventually get to uni (when rugrats are grown up) they can see i have actually done something with my self and not just sat around.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0
