Please Help - Techie Idiot Alert!

:o Hi there

I really hope someone can help me (I'm not very techie minded so simplest explanations if possible please, lol!) My computer keeps switching itself off so I had a quick look in this forum and decided to use the McAfee FreeScan to see if I had any viruses.
The scan has finished and has detected 3 files, 2 with the threat name RemAdm-PSKill and one with the threat name Downloader-ABJ. All 3 are described as 'potentially unwanted application.' Does this mean they aren't a virus?! And what do I do now? Should I do domething to remove them?

Sorry if these are stupid questions but I'm really clueless about these thing:rolleyes: !

TIA:beer:

All the information I get with McAfee is

    C:\Documents and Settings\...\Temp\pskill.exe RemAdm-PSKill
    C:\WINDOWS\...\popcaploader.dll Downloader-ABJ
    C:\WINDOWS\Motive\btbb\pskill.exe RemAdm-PSKill

Anyway I can get the full filenames?

Thats great, thanks. So while they aren't virus they could potentially be a risk?
