Well the scambusters seem to think so. Two negs already for auctions that only finished today. And a keyword spammer to boot!0

just noticed this scamster has made feedback private as they had 5 negs accusing of being a scam, why ebay allow private feedback i dont know?0

Rrrrrrr why is ebay allowing these scams to go on!! I'm tempted to buy them all now and not pay so they then have all ebays fees to pay!!DFW no.630!

but on the buy it now, immediate payment is required,so them auctions cannot be closed without actually paying,£100 of m&s vouchers for £70 very tempting to buyers who jump into things without thinking.0

Dont know if this is a daft comment, but I have bought stuff in the past (ie managed to get a Sindy car I really wanted for my daughter, by searching for Barbie) through people doing exactly that. Is "keyword spamming" kind of frowned upon? I've found it helpful a number of times......Threadhead0 -
It is against ebay's T&Cs. I tend to agree with you that it can sometimes turn up some useful search results, but if everyone did it you would be swamped with irrelevant listings. The worst offenders for this tend to be those with more serious violations, like the "free ipod" brigade, whose listings used to turn up everywhere, usually 10 at a time, so I can see exactly why ebay don't allow it.Threadhead wrote:Dont know if this is a daft comment, but I have bought stuff in the past (ie managed to get a Sindy car I really wanted for my daughter, by searching for Barbie) through people doing exactly that.
