Crops up weekly, search for "camera" on this forum.
Reviews try: https://www.dpreview.com, https://www.steves-digicams.com
Prices: https://www.camerapricebuster.co.uk
At that price point I'd be having a look at the Canon Ixus range.0 -
thanks isofa i know it comes up regularly, but there is so much choice out there, and they change weekly!!!
i have been looking at steves digicams, but its hard to find the prices so i dont know which ones to get lol0 -
I have been looking at the casio ex-z1080 reviews seem good now to find the best price!!
also been looking at the canon digital ixus 75, decisions decisions0 -
Personally I'd drop the casio from your list and stick with proper quality camera brands, Nikon, Canon, etc. Some of the Panasonics are excellent too.
I've been using Canon cameras from nearly 30 years with no problem, from small compacts to professional gear.
Have a look in the best buy tables of digital camera magazines in the newsagents too, they will have reviewed them to price points and given star and recommendations.0 -

lots of manual controls if you want to take command.
a bit of spare to buy 4AA batteries and a charger.

Personally for the cheaper end i would say the Casios are awesome, much better in fact than some brands you associate with cameras..
The Z75 models in particular are very good quality, and VERY cheap, well insude your budget, and have the option of changing all lense settings manually if thats your bag..
Dont automatically rule them out as they tick the boxes.0
