hi all,
could anyone help me and my partner out?!
we really like this house we have just viewed but it hasn't got central heating installed. its a 2 bed terrace. we think we could get it for £5k less than the asking price but as FTBs we're worried about the costs.
Anyone have any ideas how much it would cost for about 5 radiators and boiler and is this a fair offer?!
thanks in advance

Being FTBs, you are in a very good position to get it for less than the asking price AND knock more £££ off for the central heating. I guess installing gch will cost you about £5K (but you'd better get a quote from a builder), so I would offer about £8-10 below the asking price and see how that goes down. You can always raise your offer if they don't take it. Good luck!0
