ASTRA VXR What's the best route..

Also trying to make a car look similar to another one i.e blackout windows etc wouldn't put the premiums up would it?
It may do, you need to inform the insurer and let them decide. Adding a bodykit or alloys certainly would.i think leasing is the way to go really..no doubt i'll be bored of it after the 3 years and want something else anyway!! this way i can have the astra and the focus!!
I saw an offer recently for a VXR at £179+VAT per month for a 6+23/10k profile from GMC Leasing0 -
Thanks Nick, that offer for the Astra is fab and im very excited!! Wonder if i can get the deposit together sooner than i thought!! LOVE that car!
Thanks again.0 -
both are nice cars and i would probably go for the focus above the astra.
dont mean to be negative but you do realise you will struggle to get over 25 mpg in both of these even driving conservatively.
i would maybe try and find a focus titanium or an astra sport if you arent to bothered about performace and its just the styling (sheep in wolfs clothing) you like. maybe change the alloys on the focus to suit you.
you need to tell your insurance company about anything you change on the car it isnt just restricted to engine mods.tinted windows, alloys, sound system,everything....work permit granted!0 -
Thanks Goldspanners i love them both but i think i only like the Focus in orange which id'e never have! I think we will have to go and test drive them and see as they may look great but df may hate one or the other and that will decide!! I never knew things like tinted windows chnaged the insurance seems daft to the normal wheels etc but yeah buying or leasing one fo these means i won't have to worry about doing anything to them..
Thanks for the reply0
