Help with finding a good deal to Turkey

looking for a half decent deal to Turkey, flying Wednesday from Gatwick , want AI for 3 people, 4*+ (i know turkish hotels arent on the same par as are star rating) . could anybody recormend any holiday sites, have tried teletext, but only seem to be basic hotels.
