Asda Internet Shopping

Hi

Just had our 2nd internet delivery from Asda.
Now having to go out to do shopping:mad:
Had ordered eggs and potatoes and had asked for substitutes they gave us no substitutes on those items.
Asked the question does Asda have no eggs or potatoes to the delivery driver he said he didnt work in that department?
Another item they had substituted was on BOGOF so naturally you order 2, they gave us two of a higher priced similar item and gave us a price match ??? forgetting that the previous item was on BOGOF so going to try to claim our money back there.
Have rang customer services and they were of no use they said they couldn't get our order up as it hadn't gone through the system yet.
But it had been delivered to us so it had been through the checkouts???
They did say that they would ring us back later.:whistle:

First delivery was fine there was two delivering then and they were bending over backwards to please as we said we were previously ordering from Tescos. There was no eggs the first time and they said they would make a note of it???

    Good luck, it took me 6 weeks to get a refund credited to my card after Asda overcharged me on an internet order. I had to make numerous phone calls to them to chase them about it before they eventually made the refund

    After doing just 2 internet shops with them I gave up on them as I found, apart from the overcharge, half the stuff I ordered didn't seem to be in stock, & some of the fruit I'd ordered was rotten.

    I'd certainly not recommend them to anyone.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    Are you sure .. given the number of people complaining about Tescos delivery service :D:D
