I was concerned also but found this from an old comp:
Found in Tesco Healthy Living Club Mag Spring 08 issue. Name, address and phone number on a postcard to: "Jillian McKeith", JMI Office Services, PO Box 443, Welwyn Gareden City, AL7 9EH. Open to all Tesco Healthy Living Club members aged 18 or over. To become a member, see in store oe join online at http://www.tesco.com/health/. Only one entry per person.

So it might be from the healthy living mag they send out monthly?
