UK home insurance while out of the country

Dear All

Really appreciate some tips on the above, need to find buildings/contents insurance where the house may be empty for a few months at a time. It will still have furniture in but not lived in on a regular basis.

Could anyone recommend any co's who insure in the UK, I know most won't where the house is empty for more than 30 or so days.

Thanks

My only suggestion would be to think whether you've got a trusted family member or friend who would go and stay for a couple of nights every month ...
