Is this just for people in Liverpool Taloolah?

I've been honest and told them the reason that I don't ride my (imaginery, but I left that word out) bike around Liverpool was because I was in the Midlands :eek:

It may well be for people who live in Liverpool as it says its a survey about cycling in Liverpool. However I am sure there are people who use this board who will be able to enter.
