    Hi Rusty F,

    http://www.craftworkcards.co.uk/embellishments_list.asp?type=emb&embellishment=74

Scroll down, it does state In the Buff - Chipboard Door Hanger. So not sure why I got flimsy card ones.

Just on here very quickly to say that my chipboard templates came today and they are cardboard is this right.

Yep that is right, painting or decorating them with paper or card will help strengthen them ;)

Thanks Rusty F, I sent them a message.

Rainmac have you used these before, I am a bit miffed as it does state chipboard on the site. I was expecting something stronger than flimsy card board.

I haven't but have used decorated chipboard pieces made for scrapbooking so had an idea what they would be like. I'm sure if you're not happy they would refund you no problems.

They are ok to use, I think I am more miffed as on the web site it did say chipboard. Might just be me being picky lol I will use them.

From what I understand chipboard in scrapbooking/card making actually does refer to a cardboard type thickness and not wood. I have ordered several 'chipboard' embellishments and they have all been more like cardboard than wood. Not sure if that's helpful or not!!

They are thin and are no way as good as the MDF ones but for 25p I think they are fine ;)
