NPB dispute - how long does it take?

I raised 2 non-paying bidder disputes on the 9th of Oct and thought it took 7 days but I've still not been refunded my FVF and had them awarded a strike, the tick on the console is still not green, what's the best thing to do? Should I contact live help? and anyone got the link?
So many questions, so little time!

I always thought it was 7 days but I noticed a couple of people on here referred to 10 days so maybe it has changed?
However, make sure the dispute isn't wait for a response from you, I started an NPB a couple of weeks back and when I checked it the buyer had responded but for some reason I had never received an email to tell me, it was in my messages but I hadn't seen it there.
The only other thing I can think of is whether you accidentally opted for the mutual option? In which case the buyer can respond and say they did want the item, and your FVF won't be awarded.

No, it wasn't the mutual, was the non-paying bidder strike2p off is still 2p off!0

it has to be exactly 7 days so if your auction finished at 16.00 then your final value fee will be refunded after that. Thats whats happened to me in teh past anyway
Hope That Helps.

It's been longer then that, just been on live help who advised me there's a bug in the system and can take an extra 24/48 hours but they're working on it...2p off is still 2p off!0

This is the time table I have.
Raised NPB 7 days after auction end (raised 7th Oct). Buyer has 7 days to respond which they left to the last minute and in fact managed to get 10 days because I received their response yesterday. So I guess it will be a couple of days yet.0 -
The ticks have gone blue in my dispute console, i.e. I'm eligible for my FVF but they've not gone green i.e. been refunded, when will this happen? I take it I can relist the items tonight and won't be charged listing fees again?2p off is still 2p off!0

Hmm, the last one I did I had a green tick to say that I was able to close the dispute and claim my FVFs back, I've never had a blue tick though!
