They sent me the wrong DVD ,and I emailled them today.
However, they mention Monday- Friday. Does that mean that if they do not contact me today, i'll have to wait until at least Monday, or are they open weekends?

I would imagine that they only work Monday - Friday, So it will be at least Monday untill its read.

We phoned them in the end, and we have to send the item back to them.
I know this will sound stupid.. but, it is a freepost address.... will there be any need to take it to the post office, get it weighed e.t.c, or just post it.
How would I get the proof of delivery receipt, rather than recorded delivery?

Hi,
I would take it to a post office counter, and ask for a proof of posting receipt, as then if its lost or the claim to not have received it you have proof that you sent it.
