Sponsored Event ideas for children

I am arranging a sponsored event for a group of friends and their children, ages range from newborn to 5 years. The event will likely take place at home so I am looking for some ideas that the children can do.
It will be for the tommy's charity and 'lunch with teddies' theme, so we will be having a picnic with our bears, I will sell teddy shaped biscuits, hoping to have a bring and buy sale or a raffle.
Any tips would be gratefully recieved

How about selling teddy bears?0

on another thread somebody was having teddys and teddy t-shirts for a birthday party. kids could then jazz up their teddy t-shirt. I guess if people had the right sized teddys, or bought a little teddy of u (perhaps get orders in advance), then the kiddies could jazz their t-shirts up for them to wear0

Teddy Bungee Jumping ...
Children bring their teddy, and pay 50p to have him tied to an elastic harness and launched from the highest window you can find. Then a certificate afterwards to say how brave Teddy was!
Have seen this done from a church tower, very effectively, but we did subsequently do it from our office window on the first floor. All was proceeding with much hilarity until we realised there were groups of mourners going to a funeral at the church on the corner .:o

You could see if any of the mums have anything to do with Pudsey left over - cookie cutters, aprons etc to help with the theme.
Could you do a toddler and teddy toddle. Walking a certain distance and teddy has to come too.Comping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -
hmmm... I'm trying to think of the sort of things we did at school fetes when I was little!
You could do a raffle or a "guess the name of the bear" competition with a teddy as a prize...
How about decorate their own teddy biscuits with writing icing & sweets....
or a draw a teddy bear competition with a small bear related prize for the best pictures.
A teddy bear treasure hunt? with bear shaped sweets or a teddy as the prize?
teddy bear fancy dress competition?
face painting (with a teddy theme)
