Pleasecould you advise on what action to take

Our Gas supply was originally SWEB we then recieved a letter from them saying how sorry they were to loose our customs

we haven't signed any paper work for a new suppier and have had NO bill or any information from the new supply
how far back can they re-bill
i looked on the offical web site and last year it change to 12 months back billing

    Give them a call, advise you have not signed or spoke and given concent to the transfer, they should be able to tell you who has applied to take the account and will advised about the erronious transfer process, you will then need to phone the gaining supplier advising of the ET process and get it cancelled at there end while staying with your current supplier.

    Also on a side note get your current supplier to check your on the best avail tariff
