Trouble switching to British Gas Online

I hope someone can help.

After some research, it looks like a move from npower to British Gas Click Energy 5 is the best financial move for me, additionaly if I can do it via Quidco, I can get a extra £60 for a dual fuel move.

However on two different computers, using three different browsers, (IE, Firefox and Opera) I still get "A system error has occurred' when clicking on the final submit page? Have submitted an online query three days ago, but as yet there has been no reponse?

I do get an error when typing in my Electricity meter number, but there is a option no to submit it, I have tried both ways.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Yes me to. Tried phoning them to see if the problem was with them but they weren't aware of any. Offered to sign me up there and then but that defeats the object so will keep trying for a few days.

Suggs, have you managed to switch to BritishGas yet.? I normally use firefox but then tried through Internet Explorer and it went though first time, maybe you could try that way. Good luck.
