Whens the best time to book Orlando flights?

Hi Everyone,
Thought i would come here to see if anyone could help me, i am going on holiday to orlando on the 2nd May 09 - 9th May 09, there are 16 of us going.
I would like to know anyones advise on when to book, at the moment they are about £550, do they go down the closer you get or are they likely to go up? I checked them a week ago and they were about £375 but they seem to have risen for some reason? Also, does anyone know if any airlines offer bulk booking discounts?
Please help as ive already told everyone the rough prices and dont think im going to be their favourite person if i tell them they are now more expensive! :S

the closer to departure you book the more it will cost for a group of 160

Book as soon as poss and try to go during the week if possible.
I'm going at the end of October and the weekend flights were over £500, flying on wendesday I'm going for £3100 -
