Advice re: Card refund

I hope this is the right place for my post!
I could really do with some advice about my problem.
On 6th June i bought something for my motorbike. I paid using a maestro card. The parts arrived the following week but they were not the right parts. I didnt even leave the shop with them. However the shop said they would try and get me another part at their expense that would make the original part fit. On the 29th June there was still no word about the extra part so i requested a refund.
The refund still had not come through a week later so i called the shop. They said they were having problems with Streamline, the company that deal with chip and pin transactions. The shop asked that i leave it another week to let it process. This i did and i then called them last friday. I was told the refund had gone through, and that the money had left their bank account. Today i STILL have not had my money. I have called my bank, i have called Streamline themselves and i have called the shop again - all to no avail. The shop seems to be getting a bit shirty with me now and i am loathe to call again even though they owe me a refund. I just want my money back and £350 is not a tiny amount.
Can anyone tell me what i can do next?
