    Just in the interests of balance, I did an internet search and found this article which I guess puts the DMC's point of view?

    I couldn't find anything to suggest that the CCCS is in danger of losing its charitable status, but I did find a couple of comments suggesting that similar organisations in the US are losing charitable status (but I couldn't find much info so I'm not sure), which might explain the confusion.

    Interesting article.... so that means when I chose CCCS to do my DMP, the creditors have to pay THEM money - cool :T
