hi
my mums case didnt' arrive at liverpool, after her return flight from majorca.
the case went via denmark, then back dublin, then liverpool.
when my mum got her case back, it had been opened, it had a padlock on it,
i have reported the theft, but i now need to contact ryanair,
does anyone have a e-mail address for ryanair, one that will be read straight away.

Their help page says they'll only accept claims by fax/post:
http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/faqs.php?sect=cnt&quest=custserv&pos=MYFLIGHT
There's a number for them (+353 1 249 7791) but it seems to be blocked from the UK (unless you use a VoIP provider in which case it may get through). If you want to give it a go anyway, use the Intl Callchecker (Ireland) for the cheapest override provider.0
