Morgan Stanley Swipe and Signature Card

Fair play to Morgan Stanley.
I have a credit card through a building society with Morgan Stanley which expires next month. They have previously sent me chip and pin replacements that I binned without activating and continued to use my swipe and signature card, with my card expiring end of next month I would have had to revert to my Nationwide swipe and signature that expires middle of next year then I would have to reluctantly move to chip and pin.
The other day Morgan Stanley sent another replacement credit card this time that was for swipe and signature, no mention of chip and pin anywhere. I immediately activated this card.
I had given up trying to get chip and signature cards as the two times I tried with Egg and MBNA I was met with over enthusiastic call centre employees telling me of its wonderful benefits, it wasn't worth my time.
I know eventually that it will be the retailers that force us to use chip and pin, until then I will let others be the victims.
