Gosh Maz.....what a busy day all squashed into a few hours! Have done very little myself - walked to church and home again (no petrol money this week :(), went back to bed for a little nap (shows how unfit I must be) then ate an early tea and am now watching the athletics on TV. Not very productive, but TBH I don't care today.

Right, thats it I am going to stop bloody feeling sorry for myself and take control of things............

    This week I will
    • Stop stuffing myself full of rubbish food and loose some blooming weight before my hols.
    • Clear my office of all outstanding client accounts as I am at the point of flinching when the phone rings incase its someone chasing me for their books.
    • Get the suitcases from the loft and actually put some clothes in them for the hols instead of my usual panic packing palarva.
    • Stop whinging on at my friends who are :A but have their own lives to lead and really dont need me causing them more worry and grief.
    • Try to accept that some things will never change and learn to live with it.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Evening all, had quite a nice day, up early, did housework, went for walk through local park & woods, spent a bit of time sitting outside little cafe where a jazz band were playing, then back through park again where I saw the tiniest baby ducklings.. so cute! Sat down on wall at side of the pond to watch them, and before I knew it there was a little crowd of people all going 'awww'.. ducklings were so funny, one seemed to be a bit of a rebel and wandering off to eat stuff, mum duck was getting a bit harrassed trying to keep them all together I think!

Came back and had lunch then tried to read but ended up fast asleep on sofa for an hour or so :o

Louise, when do you go on holiday? I'm attempting to not eat cr*p and lose a few pounds before I go on mine, but am not sure that's realistic in a fortnight!
