I read in the press that this was a marketing ploy by one of the large daries to increase their flagging sales as they had lost a large supermarket contract. Also just what are they feeding the cows to "enrich" the milk?.Fish??????? cows should be eating GRASS not soya beans or flaxseed.amanda40 wrote:I buy milk from M&S that is 'enriched' with Omega 3 0 HAs anyone else tried it, or know if it is of good value? I only use it for the kids right enough. Are U getting enough Vitamin D in your life!?0 -
Hi
Well I would like to know how to encourage my 6 yr old to swallow the capsules. We have tried drinking water, eating mousse, wrapping in bread. He just doesnt seem to be able to swallow the tablet.
Any suggestions?

and then added vit A,D,E

These look exactly the same as ASDA's own version for kids, based on their content. Are they orange & lemon flavoured? My 4 year old loves them and see's them as a treat! also reminding me if I forget. I haven't tried them of course (wouldn't dare), but I have never noticed any whiffs of fish on her breath. They also contain, Vits A,D, E so I think you have to be careful as I am sure it is dangerous to have too much Vit A.
If they are the same, then Superdrugs are much cheaper, ASDA sell them at 2.99 for 30, one a day. Both have more Omega 3 than the boots own version. They are enough for me as I see them as a supplement not a substitute for a good diet.0 -

The ones I got were orange flavour and the kids actually like them :j . Very pleased as they hate the liquid stuff. They may well come in lemon also but I got mine from a small superdrug and these were the only ones I could see .They were so cheap in comparason to what I have been buying .0
