unable to download games

hi pretty new to computers but about 6 months ago I could download any game I wanted but now for some unknown reason I cannot download games from BIG FISH keep getting message saying about IP address. keep sending message to microsoft but cannot solve the problem any help anyone.

    Error signature. App Name [name of game] AppVer 0.0.0.0 Modname Nview dll ModVer 4.13.1.3082 offset 001 d5E9. If you were in the middle of something the information you were working on might be lost. The error reports includes.
    The operating system version and the computer hardware in use. your Digital Product ID which could be used to identify your license on the IP address of your computer.
