Hi There hope someone can help.. and i hope this makes sense!
I was given a laptop by work for a home course i'm taking, and was told i'd need to get wireless broadband so i could keep in touch with my tutor. SO!
i signed up to o2 broadband...put my cd rom in that came with the kit, and i got a denied message saying i had o be an administrator. now i worked out what the admins user name was so i de-restricted myself, without having to cart my laptop back to work, BUT now i cannot open microsoft outlook express and i don't knowif it's someting IT have done or what...is there any quick solution to getting ms outlook express working
soz for the non techie talk! lol!

What do you mean you can't open it, is there an error message ?
If you go to Start / Run and type in msimn what does that do ?0 -
Do you really need Outlook Express? The reason it may not be working could be because it is not set up to connect to anything0
