    I posted on another thread about a friend of my OH, 46 year old policeman, wants to retire at 50, we thought his mortgage would be paid off as he's had the house about 20 years, but he tells OH he owes £160k mortgage...they are mad I tell you...rather them than us. A x

    People remortgaging to fund current non-essential expenditure. I find that really worrying.
    No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    Well not much now..they want you to give them money (share option anyone)....12 months ago......well Mrs Rates, how much do you want love ?, Large loan with that ?. Lovely...don't forget to come back to me in six months when the house has gone up...you can have some more then, have a nice holiday with it. A x
