    I got the acoustic out earlier and tried it. First time in about a two years and my fingers have gone to mush. It was too painful after about 5 mins...need to buildup those callouses on your finger tips.

    Loads of resources on t'internet to help you learn and some of the metallica tracks are easy to pick up (ok, maybe not the Kirk Hammet solo bits!!!)



    I made a deal with my nephew that if he came on a boat with me I would give him my electric guitar. It was a kind of a bribe and I never thought he would do it (he's scared of water), but he saw the guitar and said "MMMmmmm....YEAH!!!" and hopped in the boat.

    B*gger. I lost a good guitar there.
