    hello all. just finished painting the kids bedroom (earlier this evening). so pleased but exhausted

    got distracted by watching who do you think you are with Boris Johnson - don't like him much but it was good telly
    I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

    Wonder what delights on Olympics tonite, the 10k swimming coverage was better than a sedative last nite so I got a few hours longer than of late last nite :T
