  • No sleep for the itchy!

    I had chicken pox a couple of years ago and found that Eurax helped me more with the itching than anything else.

    Have you got anything to knock yourself out with of an evening?

    Calamine is good initialy cos it sooths but it drys the skin and makes it more itchy in the long run! more of an issue with chicken pox i think! Oatmeal or bicarbonate of soda in a bath is good as it doesn't dry the skin so much!!!

    If it's bad the Doc can give you antiviral treatment - but its best done early!
