Boo am on Incapacity hun, am trying to claim disability but my GP (now ex) got me mixed up with another patient and told the DWP i didnt have severe difficulties. So now am appealing that. Welcome sent me a letter basically saying they have a copy of my contract and i signed it so it stands hence the letter. x

Tell welcome to fooook off, they may have your contract but you want a copy of your signed contract. And until then they get !!!!!! all, ok. Have you request a copy of your consumer credit agreement from them. Dont worry we can sort this. Is the welcome office the one in leeds or pudsey. I feel a scrap coming on.

And your GP is a !!!!!!.

One thing, dont sign the bottom of your letter to Welcome. Print your name only babe.

they sent me my cca which was signed, i sent them a letter complaining about ppi. and a complaint about how i dont think they explained things properly how they increased my interest rate by 9% etc they sent one back saying thanks but we have your cca its signed so you were aware of the terms.

How much was loan for,
How much is the PPI
Did you ask for PPI
When did you get the loan
Did they tell you could not have loan unless you took out PPI
Have they added the PPI on the loan and then charging you interest on that as well as the principle loan

QWhat was the interest rate when you started off the loan, and when and why did they put the rate up.

Sorry to ask so many questions hun, but they are important and i feel a battle coming on with them.

And i know you are not stupid by any means hun, but i have done battle with them for quite a while and i know the tactics they use.
